The Fitwell Assistant is your personal health companion, designed to help you manage various aspects of your health care seamlessly. This AI-assisted person can assist with scheduling appointments, reminding you to take your medications, tracking your symptoms, and providing you with health tips based on your profile. The Fitwell Assistant can also answer general health questions, guide you through the Patient Portal, and help you navigate the various services offered by FitwellHub. Its goal is to make managing your health as convenient and efficient as possible, ensuring you stay on track with your healthcare goals.

Healthy Meal Recommendation & Delivery

Healthy Meal Recommendation & Delivery is a service that offers customized meal plans based on your health profile, dietary preferences, and nutritional needs. For example, if you have high cholesterol, the service might recommend meals that are low in saturated fats and rich in omega-3 fatty acids. Once you select a meal plan, you can have these nutritious meals prepared and delivered to your doorstep, eliminating the hassle of meal planning and cooking. This service is designed to support your overall health by ensuring that you have easy access to balanced, delicious meals that align with your dietary goals.

Healthy Ingredients Recommendation & Delivery

This service provides personalized recommendations for healthy ingredients that align with your dietary goals and health needs. For instance, if you are managing diabetes, the service might suggest ingredients that are low in glycemic index and rich in fiber. You can order these ingredients directly through the FitwellHub platform, and they will be delivered to your home. This makes it easier for you to prepare healthy meals at home, ensuring that your diet supports your overall health and well-being.

Supplement Recommendation & Delivery

Based on your health profile, the Supplement Recommendation & Delivery service suggests supplements that can help you meet your nutritional needs or support specific health goals. For example, if you are at risk for osteoporosis, the service might recommend calcium and vitamin D supplements. Once you choose the supplements, they can be delivered directly to your location, ensuring that you have convenient access to the nutrients your body needs to stay healthy.

Waiting Period
  • General Sickness: Coverage starts 30 days after enrollment. 
  • C-Section (Family Plan): Coverage starts after 6 months of enrollment. 
  • Accidental Hospitalization: Covered immediately. 
Required Claim Documents

To process your claim, the following documents are required: 

The claimant's statement is signed by the insured person. 

  • Hospitalization records with admission and discharge dates, diagnosis, and treatment details 
  • Physician’s statement or hospital bills. 
  • Copy of the insured person’s CNIC. 
  • Any additional documents requested by Fitwell HUB or the underwriter. 
Exclusions

The following are not covered under the plans:

The claimant's statement is signed by the insured person.

  • Intentional self-inflicted injuries, suicide attempts, or murder.
  • Pregnancy and complications during the first 9 months from the enrollment date.
  • Elective treatments or failure to follow medical advice.
  • Pre-existing conditions.
  • Drug or alcohol abuse and poisoning.
Cash Benefit & Conditions
  • All subscriptions and benefits are payable in Pakistani Rupees. 

  • Subscriptions must be paid in advance for full coverage. 

  • Signing the application form or premium payment is considered a legally binding agreement. 

  • Subscribers authorize Fitwell HUB to share necessary details with service providers. 

  • Claims will be settled within 48-72 hours after receiving all required documents.

  • Benefits are governed by terms outlined in the group policy issued by the underwriter.

  • Fitwell HUB reserves the right to amend or terminate the plans at its discretion with prior notification.

  • Notifications regarding subscribed services and renewals may be sent anytime within 24 hours.

  • Claims must be reported within 90 days of occurrence.

Fair Use Policy for Fitwell HUB's Unlimited GP Consultation Subscription

To ensure that our telemedicine services are accessible to all subscribers and maintain a high level of care, Fitwell HUB has established a Fair Use Policy for our unlimited GP consultation plans. This policy is designed to prevent abuse or overuse of the service while ensuring that every subscriber receives the healthcare support they need.

Fair Use Guidelines

Reasonable Usage

Our unlimited GP consultation service is intended for individual, personal use. Subscribers may access the service as needed for routine, follow-up, and urgent medical consultations. However, excessive usage that exceeds normal patterns of healthcare consultation may be flagged for review.

Medical Necessity

Fitwell HUB reserves the right to review cases where multiple consultations for the same medical condition are sought without clear medical necessity. This is to ensure the service is used in a responsible manner and to maintain high-quality care for all.

Misuse Consequences

In cases where misuse is identified, Fitwell HUB reserves the right to limit the number of consultations or temporarily suspend the unlimited GP service for the subscriber. Repeated violations may result in termination of the subscription plan.

Single Chief Complaint Per Session

Each GP consultation session is meant to address a single primary medical complaint or issue. Subscribers with multiple or unrelated health concerns should schedule separate sessions for each issue to ensure thorough and focused medical attention.

Consultation Limits

While consultations are unlimited, Fitwell HUB may monitor excessive usage patterns. As a guideline, consultations exceeding 8 sessions per month per subscriber will be flagged for review to assess if the service is being misused.

Family and Group Consultations

The unlimited GP consultation is for the individual subscriber's use only. Sharing login credentials or booking consultations for others (friends, family, etc.) is prohibited under this plan.

Monitoring & Communication

Fitwell HUB will monitor service usage patterns to ensure compliance with this Fair Use Policy. If a subscriber is approaching the limits of reasonable use, Fitwell HUB will notify them and discuss options, such as offering alternative care solutions.
